Cattle from our farmers is bred in a way that is very close to ecological, extensively, i.e. in accordance with nature. Animals must have access to free range. The beef we select must come from meat breeds and crossbreeds of meat breeds, thanks to which the appropriate meat marbling parameters desired by us and our customers are obtained.
