Minute Steak is a thinly sliced piece of beef, most often sourced from the sirloin (biodrówka). It provides a high amount of protein and minimal fat, making it very healthy and perfect for dieters who want to savor quality beef. It is ideal for a quick dinner – you can prepare it on a pan or grill in 1 to 2 minutes. It works well in salads, sandwiches, or with grilled potatoes. Despite its simplicity, it impresses with an intense, clean beef flavor, and thanks to wet aging, it gains added juiciness and tenderness.

Origin and BIO Quality

Our Minute Steaks come only from certified BIO beef from the Pirinat farm – a renowned Spanish producer. Farming operates at the foot of the Pyrenees: cattle are naturally grazed on extensive pastures, without industrial feed, hormones, or antibiotics. The slow development of the animals translates directly into the meat's quality, structure, and taste. This meat is marked with the EU's "Euro-leaf" logo.

Important Tips – Secrets to Quick Searing

Preparation: Minute Steak is very thinly sliced. On a highly heated grill or pan (approx. 260–270°C), sear for about 60 seconds, or even less. A little butter is recommended to prevent sticking.

Seasoning: Just salt and pepper are needed, but you can add rosemary and garlic. Too intense a marinade can easily overwhelm the delicate flavor.

Doneness: Aim for a quick sear – ideally at the medium level. Overcooking will result in drying it out.
