The black pudding from Warmia Meat Plant is made according to the traditional recipe of "krupniok with onion". Who doesn't love black pudding from the grill? We chose products from Warmia and Mazury because they represent the highest quality and excellent taste. Slightly spicy, with a hint of sweetness due to the combination of high-quality pork meat, buckwheat groats, aromatic mix of herbs and spices, and onions. Free from flavor enhancers. Description

Black pudding - "krupniok with onion" is made using non-genetically modified ingredients, free from GMOs.

Packed in a protective atmosphere.

Allergen information: The product contains allergens listed in the ingredients and may contain traces of gluten, mustard, milk, soy, and celery due to their presence in the facility.

Ingredients: 43% pork meat, buckwheat groats, water, pork skins, pork blood, pork fat, dried onion 2.3%, salt, pepper, marjoram, dried vegetables in varying proportions (parsnip, carrot, parsley root, onion, parsley leaves, garlic), flavors, yeast extract, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (rape and corn), vegetable oils (rape, sunflower), glucose, acidity regulators: E262, E331. Edible casing - pork intestine. The product may contain: celery, milk, mustard, soy, gluten.

Nutritional value per 100 g of the product: energy 806 kJ/ 193 kcal, fat 11 g of which saturates 3.9 g, carbohydrates 11 g of which sugars 1.6 g, protein 12 g, salt 1.1 g.

After opening or de-sealing, consume within 48 hours.
