T-bone steaks from Irish lamb are delicious and tender. The chops are cut by experienced butchers from the dorsal part of the lamb carcass. It is characterized by the most tender meat. The animals are grazed year-round on the green pastures of Ireland in accordance with centuries-old tradition. It is a typical "grass fed" lamb, whose hallmarks are the light pink color, tenderness and delicate aroma of the meat. The "T" shaped cube gives the chops a unique, rich flavor when grilled.
