    Description

    It contains little fat and little connective tissue. Despite its relatively low marbling, it is characterized by tender, juicy and tender meat. It does not do motor work and therefore its texture is very similar to beef tenderloin. It is also shaped like a small tenderloin.  Note the structure of the meat is so tender that you should not over marinate it. We recommend marinating a maximum of one hour before frying.
