For over 20 years, we have been supplying culinary meat to the finest Polish restaurants and delicatessens. We only collaborate with proven professionals. Our partners are farmers for whom the highest standards of cattle farming are a priority. This has allowed us to create a supplier base from which we can select the finest beef. After years of work and experience with Polish beef, we have concluded that the highest culinary qualities in terms of taste and tenderness come from beef from young heifers. This is the beef we carefully select and offer in two variations. One option is delicate, marbling-free beef characterized by the fullness of beef flavor. The second version is premium marbled beef from young heifers. Both products are designed to deliver a wealth of culinary satisfaction.
