However, it contains a sufficient amount of valuable protein, and essential amino acids that the human body cannot produce on its own.
It is also a source of vitamins B1, B12, A, D, E and K. Pork is the truest treasure trove of iron. The human body absorbs iron from animal tissues far better than that from vegetables or fruits.
