Order and delivery
1. Customer Account
You can make purchases without creating a customer account. But we encourage you to set it up, which will make it easier for you to track the shipment and make subsequent purchases. To create an account, go to registration.
The convenient customer panel will contain the history of your orders, saved favorite products, recipes from the Stekopedia blog and individually granted discount codes.
The advantage is also that when placing subsequent orders, you will not have to enter shipping data each time.
In addition, the functionalities of Gift Cards will be available: a preview of the ordered gift cards, which you will be able to send by e-mail to anyone you want at any time as a great gift. When sending a gift card, you can enter the recipient's name and write your wishes.
And most importantly, when shopping after logging into your account, you will receive points for each purchase in the BBQ.PL Loyalty Program, which you can pay with your next purchases.
2. Shipping and delivery date
Provide accurate contact details and delivery address. Check if the data is correct. IMPORTANT: house and flat number and postal code!
- We will deliver the shipment to you by DPD or DPD Food courier throughout the country. We guarantee that it will be prepared with the greatest care, in compliance with food safety rules and ensuring appropriate refrigeration conditions. In the case of DPD and DPD Food, we use the next day express delivery service (delivery within 24 hours of dispatch) so that your products reach you as soon as possible. At the time of shipment, you will receive information about the waybill number for tracking. On the day of delivery, you will also receive a notification with the courier's contact number to be in touch with him if necessary.
- We accept orders all week, and shipments are made from Monday to Thursday. In special cases, after agreement, it is possible to ship on Friday with delivery on Saturday.
- Orders placed from Monday to Wednesday until 15:30 are prepared on the day the order is received (we portion, pack). The courier collects the ready parcels the next day by 14:00 and delivers them to you on the next day (express option with delivery within 24 hours of dispatch). If you place an order after 15:30, it will be prepared together with orders from the next day because the warehouse finishes preparing products at this time. Orders placed from Wednesday after 15:30 to Sunday are shipped the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
If you receive a notification about the shipment of the order, it should be with you the next day (up to 24 hours from sending the shipment).
If you want to set a specific, convenient delivery day for you, please put such information in the comment when placing the order or notify us by phone.
We will inform you immediately about any delays by e-mail and by phone.
ATTENTION! Make sure you can pick up your parcel on the agreed delivery day.
3. Payment methods
Choose a convenient payment method from the following options:
- electronic payment PayU and Przelewy24;
- payment by credit card;
- traditional electronic transfer.
If paying by credit card, please enter all relevant details. When paying with Mastercard or VISA, have your security code ready.
Please double check all details before final shipment of your order.
After shipment, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided.
