Order and delivery
1. Customer Account
You can make purchases without creating a customer account. But we encourage you to set it up, which will make it easier for you to track the shipment and make subsequent purchases. To create an account, go to registration.
The convenient customer panel will contain the history of your orders, saved favorite products, recipes from the Stekopedia blog and individually granted discount codes.
The advantage is also that when placing subsequent orders, you will not have to enter shipping data each time.
In addition, the functionalities of Gift Cards will be available: a preview of the ordered gift cards, which you will be able to send by e-mail to anyone you want at any time as a great gift. When sending a gift card, you can enter the recipient's name and write your wishes.
And most importantly, when shopping after logging into your account, you will receive points for each purchase in the BBQ.PL Loyalty Program, which you can pay with your next purchases.
2. Shipping and delivery date
Given the nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining the highest quality of ordered goods, we only work with trusted carriers. They ensure timely delivery while maintaining the proper refrigeration conditions throughout the transport.
We currently provide deliveries nationwide, using various logistical solutions tailored to specific locations. In the order completion basket, enter the postal code in the order address to see the available delivery options for your address.
We guarantee that your package will be prepared with utmost care, adhering to food safety rules, and ensuring that refrigerated products will be chilled and frozen products will be frozen upon receipt.
For all couriers, we use a next-day express delivery service after dispatch (delivery within 24 hours of shipment) to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible.
For DPD and DPD Food, when the package is sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number. On the day of delivery, you will also receive a notification with the courier's contact number, so you can keep in touch if necessary.
We accept orders all week. You can specify the delivery date yourself using the calendar during check out. Choose a date that suits you so you can receive the package on the day of delivery.
DPD Classic - this classic courier service is available throughout Poland without exceptions. For refrigerated products, we secure the shipment with a styrofoam box and cooling inserts, and for frozen products, a styrofoam box and dry ice. This ensures that products maintain the correct temperature during transport. Deliveries are made on weekdays during daytime hours.
DPD Food - this option is available in major urban agglomerations. Products are secured with either a cardboard box or a thermal bag with cooling jel. For frozen products, dry ice is additionally used. They are transported under refrigeration conditions at all times. Deliveries are made on weekdays during daytime hours.
Goodspeed - this overnight courier is available in about 6000 locations across Poland. Products are secured with either a cardboard box or a thermal bag with cooling jel. For frozen products, dry ice is additionally used. They are transported under refrigeration conditions at all times. Deliveries are made directly "to the door" of the customer at night, similar to typical dietary catering services.
*Sometimes couriers may fail to meet the delivery deadline due to objective reasons and postpone the delivery by another 24 hours. These are rare exceptions, but they do occur. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Therefore, in DPD Classic deliveries, we proactively secure shipments for 48 hours to maintain the proper temperature (DPD Food and Goodspeed are always kept in a cooler so they do not require additional refrigeration protection). Additionally, we track each shipment ourselves and maintain constant contact with the couriers. We react immediately if we see they are trying to delay a delivery. We will inform you of any delays immediately by email or phone.
3. Payment methods
Choose a convenient payment method from the following options:
- electronic payment PayU and Przelewy24;
- payment by credit card;
- traditional electronic transfer.
If paying by credit card, please enter all relevant details. When paying with Mastercard or VISA, have your security code ready.
4. Confirmation
Please double check all details before final shipment of your order.
After shipment, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided.
