WHEN CAN I RECEIVE AN ORDER?

After you have paid for your order, we deliver in the following manner:

We accept orders all week. You can specify the delivery date yourself using the calendar during check out. Choose a date that suits you so you can receive the package on the day of delivery.

DPD Classic - this classic courier service is available throughout Poland without exceptions. For refrigerated products, we secure the shipment with a styrofoam box and cooling inserts, and for frozen products, a styrofoam box and dry ice. This ensures that products maintain the correct temperature during transport. Deliveries are made on weekdays during daytime hours.

DPD Food - this option is available in major urban agglomerations. Products are secured with either a cardboard box or a thermal bag with cooling jel. For frozen products, dry ice is additionally used. They are transported under refrigeration conditions at all times. Deliveries are made on weekdays during daytime hours.

Goodspeed - this overnight courier is available in about 6000 locations across Poland. Products are secured with either a cardboard box or a thermal bag with cooling jel. For frozen products, dry ice is additionally used. They are transported under refrigeration conditions at all times. Deliveries are made directly "to the door" of the customer at night, similar to typical dietary catering services.

*Sometimes couriers may fail to meet the delivery deadline due to objective reasons and postpone the delivery by another 24 hours. These are rare exceptions, but they do occur. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Therefore, in DPD Classic deliveries, we proactively secure shipments for 48 hours to maintain the proper temperature (DPD Food and Goodspeed are always kept in a cooler so they do not require additional refrigeration protection). Additionally, we track each shipment ourselves and maintain constant contact with the couriers. We react immediately if we see they are trying to delay a delivery. We will inform you of any delays immediately by email or phone.

DO YOU MAKE DELIVERIES OUTSIDE POLAND?

We currently deliver only within Poland. In the future, we also want to launch deliveries to Germany and the Baltic States.

WILL THE ORDERED MEAT BE REFRIGERATION PROTECTED DURING DELIVERY?

Yes of course. The meat will be professionally refrigerated for the entire duration of delivery to the customer.

In the case of delivery by DPD courier, our goods are packed in special polystyrene containers (so-called styrofoam boxes), filled with gel cooling inserts for chilled products and dry ice for frozen products. The number of inserts and dry ice is adjusted depending on the external temperature and the amount of products. In this way, we ensure that the cold chain is not interrupted throughout the delivery. An additional layer of insulation is made of cardboard, in which we place the styrobox. The meat is secured for transport up to 48 hours. We make deliveries within 24 hours. from shipment, but it is secured for an additional day in case the courier is delayed for reasons beyond his control.

In the case of delivery by DPD Food and Goodspeeed courier, the shipments are delivered by refrigerated transport. They are refrigerated throughout the delivery period. In this case, we provide additional cooling protection for frozen products (dry ice). Chilled products are secured with either a cardboard box or a thermal bag with cooling jel. Products cooled under these conditions are always in the correct refrigeration cycle.

CAN I RESERVE A PRODUCT WITHOUT BUYING IT?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve goods. If the customer would like to receive delivery on a different date than in the standard mode, please place an order and specify the preferred delivery date in the comment to the order. You can also contact the Customer Service Office by e-mail or telephone and inform about the preferred delivery date of your order.
