The pork burger by The Frozen Butcher is made with noble Iberico breed pork. This burger is incredibly flavorful and juicy. When we think of Iberico pork from Spain, the world-famous "jamon" most often comes to mind. However, if you try this burger, there's a good chance the first association will change. The delicious, deep, slightly nutty flavor of the iberico burger is a whole new quality of the most classic grilled dish.

Product & process description

The burger is made from whole Iberico cuts, which are ground. Other ingredients are added and mixed. Subsequently, the burger is formed, packed, metal detected and frozen.

Intended use

Fully cook before consumption. Do not refreeze after defrosting and use within 2 days after defrosting.
