    Picanha, also known as sirloin cap, is an iconic beef cut, considered more valuable than even tenderloin in Brazil. Cut from the top sirloin, it is distinguished by a resilient structure and intense flavor. The key to its legend is the characteristic, thick fat layer – especially valuable with Wagyu Beef genetics.

    Marbling BMS 8-9: True Gold

    The cut we offer comes from the Whispering Dunes farm in Namibia. Thanks to cross-breeding with Sanga cattle and an 800-day feeding cycle (grass-fed/grain-fed), it achieves an extremely high marbling score of BMS 8-9. This level of marbling guarantees the buttery texture and juiciness that Wagyu is famous for. This makes Picanha ideal for churrasco and whole roasting.
