The shipment is professionally secured refrigerated all the way from shipment to delivery to the customer's door. In addition, we carry out express deliveries within 24 hours of sending the shipment.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

There are two main components of shipping costs

The shipping cost includes: the express courier delivery service for a package of medium dimensions and weight, and the cost of cooling protection. Additional costs related to the weight and dimensions of packages that occur with larger orders are covered by customers. This is a form of discount given for larger orders.

HOW IS A DPD CLASSIC SHIPMENT PROTECTED?

Shipments by DPD CLASSIC courier are secured with special care.
Products must be secured so that the cold chain is not interrupted during transport. In the case of delivery by DPD CLASSIC courier, our goods are packed in special polystyrene containers (so-called polystyrene boxes), filled with gel cooling inserts (in the case of refrigerated products) and dry ice (in the case of frozen products). The number of inserts and dry ice is adjusted depending on the external temperature and the amount of products. In this way, we ensure that the cold chain is not interrupted throughout the delivery. An additional layer of insulation is made of cardboard, in which we place the styrobox.

HOW IS A DPD FOOD SHIPMENT PROTECTED?

DPD Food and Goodspeed shipments are transported by refrigerated truck.

As a result, much less refrigeration protection is required. In the case of delivery with the DPD Food and Goodspeed service, the meat is transported all the time in refrigerated conditions (refrigerated vehicle), such a shipment is additionally secured with dry ice in the case of frozen products. Products cooled under these conditions are always in the correct refrigeration cycle. Products are secured with either a cardboard box or a thermal bag with cooling jel.

WILL THE MEAT BE REFRIGERATED IF THE COURIER IS DELAYED?

The meat is refrigerated in case the courier is delayed due to random reasons.

The shipment is professionally secured refrigerated for transport up to 48 hours from shipment. Deliveries by DPD Classic courier are carried out in the delivery service within 24 hours of dispatch. In very rare cases, it happens that the courier is delayed by one day. In this case, the meat will be refrigerated for the next day. In the case of DPD Food and Goodspeed, meat will always be refrigerated even if the courier is delayed for random reason.
