Certainly when it comes to tenderness it rivals tenderloin, and when it comes to palatability such steaks as striploin, hanger steak or flank steak. You must try it.

    Our butchers cut it carefully from the top blade element to give you an amazing culinary experience. In the feather blade cut there is a hard membrane in the middle so it should rather stay on the plate. All the rest is delightful and taste-wise it takes no prisoners. Remember to grill it very briefly. It is also excellent raw. It will work great in sushi, for example.
