It is a beloved and desirable element for the BBQ technique because of its extraordinary flavor and juiciness. We import just such pieces, and then our skilled butchers cut them individually along the ribs and pack them again in vacuum. The ribs are then frozen. Such a portion is perfectly handy both for roasting on the grill and in the home oven.
