Hanger steak Black Angus USA USDA CHOICE
(price includes VAT)
Hanger steak Black Angus USA is called butcher steak because over the years it has always been taken by butchers who know how valuable it is. This muscle is relatively scarce in the carcass. It is not too large and, unlike other elements, it does not appear double in the carcass. It is located in the central part of the carcass and helps support the diaphragm. Since it is a small motor work it is so delicate. It is also beautifully fleshed out with fat which is why it is incredibly juicy. With its tenderness and, above all, its flavor it beats other steaks on the head.
The product is available chilled or frozen. If the chilled version is available, it will be shipped in that form as a priority. If you prefer it frozen, please leave a note in the order comments with instructions, and we will professionally freeze it and send it as a frozen product.
It is a very exclusive steak. Tender, juicy, delicious and full of flavor.
It should not be overly fried. At the medium-rare frying level, medium is perfect.
From our you tube training you will learn how to butcher it before grilling. Don't worry. It's not rocket science. All you need is a sharp knife and 5 minutes of work, and you'll have the best steak you've ever had in your life.
