Pork cheeks iberico literally melt in the mouth after long heat treatment at low temperature. They are perfect for an exquisite dinner or an important supper, full of sticky collagen and juicy fat that gives a slightly nutty flavor. Iberico pork comes from the black Iberian pig from southern Spain. The animals' diet is based on acorns, herbs and grasses of the meadows where the animals are raised free-range in harmony with nature. It will delight many a connoisseur of exquisite flavors.
