Sourced from cattle grazing in the central US states. Raised naturally, without hormones or antibiotics. The type of fattening grain finish for 120 days guaranteeing beautiful marbling. A weight of about 1 kg and fantastic taste of meat are the features that put it in one line with the three kings of barbecue next to Tomahawk and Cowboy steak.

Cote de boeuf Black Angus or short bone ribeye from our offer will delight any barbecue enthusiast. We cut it from American beef from the prime rib element. Each steak is hand-cut with precision by our proficient butchers and then individually vacuum-packed in our facility.
