Polish beef brisket
(price includes VAT)
Polish beef brisket is an excellent cut of meat for cooking using the low and slow technique. It contains a lot of connective tissue, which gives it plenty of flavor after preparation. It is ideal for pastrami, for example. Compared to American, Polish brisket is much leaner. It is a brisket from young beef cattle, raised mainly on a grass fed diet. Therefore, its flavor will be more compact and pronounced, but at the expense of juiciness. It has very good value for money.
The product is available chilled or frozen. If the chilled version is available, it will be shipped in that form as a priority. If you prefer it frozen, please leave a note in the order comments with instructions, and we will professionally freeze it and send it as a frozen product.
Polish beef brisket is a delicious, economical cut of meat, perfect for lovers of BBQ techniques and more. You can prepare it in a smoker or on the grill using the low and slow technique, but it will work just as well prepared at home if you braise it in a flavorful sauce as in our recipe video.
