Who Will Lead the Workshop?
Your guide to the world of BBQ will be Andrzej Gibas – Grill Chef, Polish Grilling Champion, and medalist at the prestigious The Jack Daniel's World Championship Invitational Barbecue. Andrzej is an expert with a highlander’s spirit and unparalleled grilling knowledge. Together with invited specialists, he will teach you techniques to make every dish flawless. One of the highlights you’ll learn is the famous “Reverse Sear” method – perfect for preparing steaks.

Our workshops are a true feast for lovers of meat, fish, and seafood. You’ll work together using top-quality products. The topics of each workshop vary, so we recommend checking the detailed program for your chosen date. During the workshops, we always use premium products sourced from Poland and around the world. It’s not just about the meats – even the sides, including cheeses, fruits, vegetables, salts, oils, and other ingredients, are exclusively premium brands. Among the meats, you’ll find:
