Who Will Lead the Training?
Your guide to the world of BBQ will be Andrzej Gibas – Grill Chef, Polish Grilling Champion, and medalist of the prestigious BBQ competition, The Jack Daniel's World Championship Invitational Barbecue. Andrzej is an expert with a highlander's soul and unparalleled knowledge of grilling. Together with invited specialists, he will demonstrate techniques that ensure every dish turns out perfect.
The training will also feature members of Polish grilling and BBQ teams who represent the country in international championships and competitions. Each type of meat and technique will be thoroughly explained by experts in their respective fields.

A full day of grilling and BBQ with the best company, starting at 8:00 AM and ending around 11:00 PM with a brisket finale.

Event Format:
