Description

We pull off prime rib cuts with a long, untreated bone. Then our skilled butchers process the bone cleanly and portion it into steaks. These treatments are done, of course, after the beef has been aged for a minimum of 40 days. Our partner, and producer Creekstone Farms, is probably one of the best and most consistent cattle producers in the US. Due to the high demand for the brand's meat, these steaks can usually only be found in the finest luxury restaurants in the world. We are happy to be among the distributors of a product of this quality.
