Flank Steak Black Angus USA Star Ranch Angus is ideal for anyone looking for full flavor beef without compromise.

We recommend pre-marinating before preparation in this case. However, this is American beef, aged a minimum of 40 days so even without marinating it should be tender and juicy. Marinating, however, gives additional flavor notes. This is the kind of meat where we don't have to worry about it dominating the flavor. So we can safely experiment with spices and herbs that will diversify our dining experience.
