Dry aged tenderloin steak is a fantastic choice for the most demanding. To obtain it, we select the highest quality mabled beef cuts from Polish cattle from the best livestock producers. We then dry age meat under special conditions for 21 days. At the end of the process, our skilled butchers cut the element and we obtain the finest, most flavorful steak imaginable.
