Teres Major steak USA Black Angus, also known by the names Petite Tender or Chuck tender is a small muscle cut from the beef shoulder. Not only does it look like a small tenderloin. It is also tender and juicy like a tenderloin. In addition, when cooked, it is full of beefy flavor. It is perfect for grilling.
