Normal hamburgers are awesome already, but deer hamburgers? These are a gamey hit with a touch of spice and rosemary added which everyone will agree is spectacularly delicious. The hamburger is dense in texture, pairing it with vinegar onions or sour pickles helps to break up the "meaty" texture and compliments the rosemary taste. Paired with a Polish, Oscypek, it becomes a fantastic and quick meal. I left them in the fridge overnight to thaw, followed by a flash searing on either side for a pink-middle finish. Deer cooks faster than beef, meaning 2-3min on either side once thawed over open flame will yeild a well-done burger. Aim for 2min and you're golden (per side).
