Each piece of meat from our store is carefully selected and then aged for a minimum of 21 days. Thanks to this, our beef will always be tender and juicy. Let's support Polish farmers who focus on the quality of livestock and work with the best plants in the country. Polish beef from young cattle is an excellent product. Cattle from our farmers is bred in a way that is very close to ecological, extensively, i.e. in accordance with nature. Animals must have access to free range. The beef we select must come from meat breeds and crossbreeds of meat breeds, thanks to which the appropriate meat marbling parameters desired by us and our customers are obtained.
