Who’s the Lead Instructor?
Meet Andrzej Gibas – Grill Chef, Polish Grilling Champion, and medalist at the world’s most prestigious BBQ competition – The Jack Daniel's World Championship Invitational Barbecue. He’s also the owner of two grill-focused restaurants, NaGrillu and NaGrillu Square. Born and raised in the Polish Highlands, Andrzej has been passionate about grilling since his youth!
Andrzej, along with invited experts, will show you tips and tricks to make your dishes juicy, flavorful, and always perfect. You’ll learn techniques like the famous "Reverse Sear" method – ideal for steaks, even if you’re just starting out.
