The beautiful processing and quality is guaranteed by the legendary American brand Creekstone Farms Premium Beef. This steak is very popular in France also known as bavette steak. It has everything you're looking for when it comes to beef flavor with the characteristic sweetness of American meat.

Description

Flank steak Black Angus USA Creekstone Farms is great on the grill but will also work well in stir fry or "carne asada" dishes. It is also often prepared for fajitas (a delicacy in Mexico), or in ropa vieja form.

Always grill over high heat and preferably marinate for several hours before preparation. It goes perfectly with a refreshing Chimichurri.

The basic rule is to necessarily cut it across the fibers. You will easily see them on the steak.
