The sausages at BBQ.pl are more than just food products. They are our pride, the result of hard work and the passion of craftsmen. Many of them are unique, long-matured products whose flavor is a result of patience and tradition. The ingredients are simple and clean: the best meat, salt, and local herbs, without unnecessary enhancers. Our aged sausages are made in a process where 1 kg of raw material yields only 650 g of the final product, and maturation lasts up to 28 days. This guarantees you receive a product with an incredibly concentrated flavor and aroma.

Our offer includes both traditional pork sausages, as well as unique beef sausages and those made from venison. Many of our products have the European quality mark Guaranteed Traditional Specialty (GTS), which attests to their highest quality and adherence to traditional recipes. These include hunter's sausage, kabanosy, and dry krakowska sausage – true icons of flavor.
