During the final 3 weeks out of the 14-17 week rearing process, the goose's diet relies solely on oats. It's precisely this diet that imparts exceptional flavor qualities to the goose meat. Perfect for preparing on special occasions. It will be delicious roasted or fried. We also recommend the sous vide technique for this product.
