Product & process description

The burger is made from whole wagyu beef cuts, which are ground. Other ingredients are added and mixed. Subsequently, the burger is formed, packed, metal detected and frozen.

Intended use

Fully cook before consumption. Do not refreeze after defrosting and use within 2 days after defrosting.
