Skirt steak Black Angus USA called "Entraña" in South America is probably one of the most flavorful cuts of meat in a beef carcass. It is cut from the flank similarly to flank steak and is equally rich in beefy flavor. It is a steak directly ideal for grilling. It is prepared very similarly to flank steak. It is beautifully flecked with intramuscular fat, which makes it so delicious and juicy. It will be best grilled medium or medium rare. It is quite flat therefore you can prepare it very quickly. Excellent in taste and inexpensive.

    Skirt steak Black Angus USA is one of the most flavorful steaks making it one of our favorite items for the grill.

    It doesn't revel in beauty and because of this inconspicuousness it is underrated. The pieces are disassembled in our facility (cleaned of external fat) and nicely portioned into steaks ready to be thrown on the grill. 

    We recommend pre-marinating this steak because it can be a bit tougher than a ribeye or, for example, a flat iron in the corresponding quality grade. We recommend grilling at a very high temperature, of course, so that it is deliciously browned on the outside and juicy on the inside.
