Black Angus USA beef brisket is the original American brisket made from premium quality beef. Such briskets are prepared in the States at BBQ competitions. In our store you can buy full brisket, that is, consisting of flat and point parts (5-7kg) or smaller brisket flat (2-4kg). It is prepared in the treatment of the so-called "packer style", which means that it requires some small butchering work. A little trimming and cleaning.     Black Angus USA beef brisket you can safely take to the competition. It has a beautiful marbling, was aged for a minimum of 40 days and is simply brilliant!

    First you play with the meat, a few hours of waiting, and finally culinary ecstasy.

    In general, preparing such a brisket is great fun for those for whom the art of BBQ is a passion. However, it is not a product for everyone. It requires a lot of time, commitment, feeling and patience. It needs to be watched, observed, listened to and thought about. We prepare it at a low temperature for many hours.
