Description

Flat Iron Black Angus USA is a relatively unknown cut of beef (although gaining popularity). It was discovered as a result of research conducted by teams from the University of Florida and the University of Nebraska as part of the Beef Checkoff program. The goal was to search for muscle with excellent culinary utility. So the project was successful. Flat iron is carved by our butchers from the top blade element. A small muscle hidden in the shoulder full of iron, marbling and deliciousness. A healthy and incredibly delicious portion of meat!
