Flat Iron Black Angus USA in the feather blade cut is like a fine wine in a barrel. Delicate, juicy, noble with an incredible complexity of flavor. Already by its appearance you can tell how beautiful, intensely pink this steak is. However, it's only after tasting it that we learn that it's a real game changer when it comes to the previous culinary experience of eating beef. The texture of the meat is incredibly buttery, similar to tenderloin, but in comparison, flat iron delivers an extra huge dose of intense meaty deliciousness.

Description

Flat Iron, for now, is not yet as popular as ribeye or striploin steak this is, however, a fatal oversight. For it is one of the best steaks in the beef carcass. Certainly when it comes to tenderness it rivals tenderloin, and when it comes to palatability such steaks as striploin, hanger steak or flank steak. You must try it.

Our butchers cut it carefully from the top blade element to give you an amazing culinary experience. In the feather blade cut there is a hard membrane in the middle so it should rather stay on the plate. All the rest is delightful and taste-wise it takes no prisoners. Remember to grill it very briefly. It is also excellent raw. It will work great in sushi, for example.
