US beef burger from the well-known brand The Frozen Butcher is a premium burger made from aged American beef. Crispy and juicy at the same time. Perfect for grilling and pan-frying. Sourced from cattle grazing on the plains of the central and western United States, where the animals' diet is a mixture of grasses and various herbs. And at the final stage of breeding, each head of cattle is fed a high-energy feed (mainly corn grain) giving the meat its legendary palatability.

Product & process description

The burger is made from whole beef cuts, which are ground. Other ingredients are added and mixed. Subsequently, the burger is formed, packed, metal detected and frozen.

Intended use

Fully cook before consumption. Do not refreeze after defrosting and use within 2 days after defrosting.
